We are all over 21 yo so let 'er rip. Rather than thinking of it as lewd, think of it as a preceptorship.

I have a little secret to let you in on... the month is only half over, you still have time.

I think I am going to put it back on the trainer. The tourist traffic here is horrible these days. People just don't know how to drive in these mountains.

Sounds like a good idea.

Or you could bring it up here and we could go for a ride.

Now THAT would be fun!

I bet we could get Kim to come join us!

You rang?

Yes. Yes I did. And I didn't even have to say MARGARITA'S (that should get Amy here though )

Robin wants to go for a bike ride, so I told her to bring her bike up here. Would you like to join us?

On my way.  We can have MARGARITA's (come on Amy) afterwards.  I'll stop and pick up some swedish fish to munch on while we ride.

Outstanding!

While I'm waiting for everyone to get here I'll make some of my chocolate covered pretzel magical treats for use during recovery.

Oh man that sound so nice right now!

I got a 6 mile run in last night. I read somewhere the other day that it takes about 2 weeks to acclimate to the heat. If that's true it is going to be a long 2 weeks.

I was wearing a white shirt last night and I just want to let you guys know I could have entered a wet t-shirt contest I was so wet from sweat.

It was thundering and dark when I left the house, there was a bit of a breeze. I was hoping I would get rained on. It didn't rain until I was on mile 4 and even then it wasn't very much, I don't think it even got me wet. The worst part was it just made it muggier out. The last mile totally sucked. The breeze stopped after it rained. I got it done though.

I need to look I think I only have to run 3 or 4 tonight. It is supposed to be 80 today, but less humid and breezier.
