Ann--I agree with the others--doesn't sound food poisoning related, unless it's the dehydration, and your predisposition to have issues with blood pressure and arrhythmias. Go to the doc NOW (if you haven't already left). You've got Robin, Doc Melindy, and now Nurse Amy telling you to do it. Don't make us sic the rest of the gouhlies on you!

Chore- day here. Good thing it is raining, my poison ivy from last weekends yard work-fest needs a few more days to heal.

I spent my Friday making the motorcycle flags for the 2-Day walk.  That is next weekend.  Wow, hard to believe that it is here. 

Then lunch with a friend.

Back home to work on resume, but went shopping instead. 

Then motorcycle ride and dinner out with honey.

Oh, yeah, four loads of laundry washed, dried and folded.

Saturday & Sunday - working both days. 

Kendra, I'm right there with you, working Saturday and Sunday.  Did youget a nice ride in with the hubby?

I bought a treadmill this weekend.

It is wise to not pizz me off when I'm shopping. I bought the $450 floor model treadmill for $285 because I was annoyed and felt like being very difficult.

Good for you on the treadmill! That is a fantastic price. Will you be my personal shopper! I got a really good deal on my car, but I bet you could have gotten a way better one!

I was just sitting here thinking I'm going to have to be in a bad mood when I go car shopping so I can haggle better.

I bet you felt better after that sweet deal!

I was less aggrevated.

I was in the section of the sporting goods store that sells the treadmills. I knew which one I wanted, I did my homework before I got there. I found it, hung out around it, no one came to ask if I needed help. I waited a few minutes, then went and picked up 2 other things I wanted while I was there. I went back to the treadmill, saw 2 employees standing not too far away talking to 2 other people. They were facing my direction, they had to see me, but no one came over. They were just shooting the bull, not like they were helping a customer. I went to the register to buy the things I had, they asked me if I found everything ok, there were 2 cashiers there and I was the only person checking out. I told them no. I said I had wanted to buy a treadmill, but no one would help me, so I'd get it somewhere else. The guy said, he'd get me some help, he radioed someone in the fitness department, so I went back to the treadmill. No one came. I could still see the 2 employees standing there talking. I waited 3 minutes. I went back to the register. I told the cashiers that there were 2 employees standing there talking, and no one would help me. The guy cashier walked over with me, the one talk was the manager. I was beyoned pizzed at this point. I told him about the lack of service in the store. He apologized several times, though I don't think he was really sincere. The treadmill was already marked down because it was the floor model. I told him that the markdown was not enough for a floor model, he took some more off. Then I told him I wanted a little more taken off because of my frustration. He did. The manager grabbed another guy, they loaded it up on the truck, then I got out of there. Grrrr. I expect more from a store manager. Between the manager there, and at the place where I bought several kayaks this summer, it just frustrates me. I used to work in retail. I'd have lost my job behaving the way they have.

That is one of my (many) pet peeves. I bought my car at a different dealership for just that reason. I stood for 5 minutes and no one even looked my way. When someone finally asked if I needed assistance, I asked them for directions to the other dealer. I wrote a review on-line for both places. the one that was good and the one that was bad. I don't know if it will make a difference, but it made me feel better. '

Yeah... it really annoys me when I drive to your store, to give you money, and you don't want to take it. This is why I buy a lot of things online now.

I am an incredibly loyal customer if you treat me right- I will even pay more money for somethng. I am a vindictive byach if you don't.-I will use your store to try things on or try them out, then go and buy it on-line.

I'm on call this week at work for all 3 sites, this is the first time. Keep everything crossed that nothing major breaks, unless it's the middle of the work day and people are in the office.

Ok, got the treadmill, and just ordered new running shoes. I had a 25% of coupon for Road Runner Sports. They know how to treat customers.

Another company that did good... Black Diamond Equipment. I recently got new trekking poles from them. I wanted different ends on them, so I got online and ordered, I got an error that said busy, please try again, so I ordered again. Only 2-3 minutes later I got a call from someone from the company. They said they noticed I placed identical orders back to back, and they wanted to see if I really wanted 2 or if it was a duplicate order. I told them what happened and they told me that they'd cancel the second order. That's how it should work!
