Today my normal spin instructor was gone and the sub was a guy I had never seen before ('cause organized classes are not my thing, and he usually teaches the cardioboxing-type classes). Anyway, halfway through class, I realized why he didn't look right to me... He had hairy forearms and legs, but starting at his elbow he was hairless, completely (and he was wearing a tank top...so I can only speak for his upper arms & shoulders). It looked like he was wearing furry gloves.  It would be like if I shaved my thighs, but not below my knees. ???? Why would this be? Is it on purpose, for some reason I can't begin to fathom because I have a tiny sheltered brain? I mean, if you're going to dehair your upper arms, why not the lower? Is it a disease? Should I feel bad for him? It bothered me the rest of class. Please, shed some light and make me feel better. KristenHow's this for an explanation? He went to get them waxed and 1.) They ran out of wax before reaching his forearms. OR 2.) He was a wuss and made them stop before they got to his forearms. |

I actaully finally got comfortable enough to swim with my face down. Getting here was actaully worse than anything. 8" last night and still falling, didn't see a plow 'til 1/2 way to work. It's still coming down Yeppeeee!!!!!! It's actaully bad enought that I'm debating if I should go up the mtn. for my little boys lessons (today is my only opportunity b/c of work the next two weeks) Or if I should just go home and work on dinner while watching the game. It would suck if both my hubby and I got stuck on the mtn. What a great day!!! |
