So many challenges before you guys just kind of withered away and nobody cared what happened in the end. You should feel good! Thanks for doing all the yucky stuff that most would not. {blush} thanks Pam! although truthfully - Cat and Dee do the heavy lifting part - I'm just the posting queen
Chief motivator more like it! Your team is always a pretty happy bunch of people! You are a very very good team captain... in fact the Nibbs are in general yes we are - must be one of those birds of a feather...................... yes... although I miss Hector... it seems its no longer all about hector... hope he is ok! I know, me too! even his blog is pretty empty these days even a pouting tinkerbell doesn't bring him out for long I think he's super busy, school, work, starting his own business, and having his family back with him

OMG - especially not the html - I'll never forget how badly I messed up one of the threads in December - or was it January? all I know is it wasn't November - hahaha!
hehe little secret... Dee has always done my html stuff for me... I think she understands just how useless I am! he he - so you ARE the original puppet master - LOL
LMAO - just because I started something
I was actually thinking about writing some BT articles like: 1) How to run a BT challenge - what you need, how it works (although this might be several articles!) 2) The BT Challenge: A beginners guide to the chaos 3) A BT Challenge from an organisers perspective... Im wondering if we write out what you need to do whether more people will do it? Im not sure... I got asked about that summer points challenge someone suggested on the March thread and sometimes I get frustrated... My standard answer is basically... thats a great idea, why dont you set it up and get it going... but very rarely (Dee and one other exception have occurred) do people actually want to make it happen... even if its what they want...
I think that's why a lot of the challenges before you crashed and burned. The organizer had a great idea but no clue how complicated and time consuming it would get. (For multi-sport stuff, points, bonuses, etc.) |

Thats probably fair... I have had a couple of very late nights doing challenges... and although it would be good to add some extra elements to it (and I might rtry to for the July Tour De France challenge this year) its easier to stick with something that works and everyone gets into.. Thats how the themes came about... make it fun, interesting and competitive without having to make the actual logistics difficult... |

No. I'm only at 8 hours. That's a long ride and 1 or 2 per week. I don't think I can do more than that. There's no sense in making your goal way more than you can do. |
