I think I need to get my bike fit checked.  The nose of the seat is hurting places that I'd rather not hurt.

yeah, that's kinda what I'm thinking.  I seem to slide around in the saddle too and I don't know why I can't park my butt and just keep turning the cranks.

It might be an angle thing or just up a touch to high... if you have an allen key you could make some teeny tiny adjustments to see if that helps...

Seriously the smallest different can make a HUGE difference on your...ummm yes

x2. I have the nose of my saddle on the tri bike pointed just a bit down to make aero less uncomfortable. I am thinking about having my fit rechecked though. I can tolerate aero for 56 in an HIM (and tolerate is putting it nicely) but I think I will be in serious pain for 112.

barqhead - 2008-07-02 8:15 PM I got an e-mail from USAT saying I qualified for Long Course Nationals with my performance at Mooseman. I didn't know that race was a qualifier. Cool! Now if I could just afford the entry fee and a trip to Vegas, I'd be good to go.

Congrats! That is really cool! It'd be fun to get one of those emails.

This happens to me too... it is sooooo annoying! I just brought my bike in because I had tried to move my seat but the bolt was tightened waaaay too tight and I ended up striping it trying to get it loosened. Hopefully they arn't all sitting around laughing at me right now!

Hi Jeni!

what's up?

Hi Beth! Not too much. My neck is sore. I went to the chiropractor today because I was sore and now I am sore in different spots. Hopefully I'll feel better soon. I have a new chiro and she is cool... she has done duathlons and is sporty, so she gets why I put my body through so much misery!
