Stacie - you had said earlier that you have problems sleeping when you workout late in the evening. You are not alone. I have the same issue, so do others that I've read about. That was part of my gripe about my hours changing. If I get my HR up it takes too long to come back down. I have found in my own personal experience though that a glass of red wine helps me unwind and sleep. |
