You are seriously getting a six-pack. I don't know, it feels more like a jelly roll with support these days It's okay for the six pack to need protection in its early months. But as soon as you're up and about--SHAZAM! I am waiting for SCHAZAM cause I have had that goal of "ABS THAT LOOK LIKE I NEVER GAVE BIRTH for over a year! Now this is what I need MY goal to be! Oh, that would be a great day... |

Apparently a squirrel tried to make a nest in a generator... he didn't make it through the ordeal... and the power company is having trouble getting the power up and stabalized throughout the area. UNfortunately, my section of the building is backed up by a generator. Otherwise, I'd have a great excuse to get my sunny run in now! Bwahha ha---poor squirrel--however me and my BT buddies are always joking my Internet is powered by squirrels (not a very good connex and always dropping me!) So do you think Rhoda's internet connection is running slower now that she lost a squirrel? I wonder how long it will take to get a new one? |

Look at Dewy. Bragging that a 7.5 mile run is easy. jk hahaha... yeah, my definition of easy is much shorter. And really slow. Then again, my definition of hard is pretty short and slow too. |

Back a couple of years ago I was doing 7-8 miles on weekdays and 20 on Saturdays running through the mountains. Those were the days. That was a few years ago and I've been a slacker since then. I'm stepping it up so I will doing the long mountain runs next summer again (hopefully). |

Do something useful with them, like giving them to the Chinese take out place down the street. I don't care if it is cat, it's tasty! jk |

Master 2042 Albany, NY | Subject: RE: Ghoulies October: Team BT Speaking of cats... does anyone have cats that like to lick their ears?? My new kitty is about 15 weeks old now. He's completely hyper at night, which I expect. I mean, he wants to fit in like the rest of the crazy family... But is 3 favorite things to do are: 1) sit on my shoulder when I'm awake, 2) suck on my hair and 3) lick my ears. It is SO GROSS!!!! |

Now there is just 15 of us and they haven't changed the phone lines yet. Speedy speedy, until the phone company switches out the line in a couple of weeks. |
