Great job!!!

You are seriously getting a six-pack.

I don't know, it feels more like a jelly roll with support these daysTongue out

It's okay for the six pack to need protection in its early months. But as soon as you're up and about--SHAZAM!

I am waiting for SCHAZAM cause I have had that goal of "ABS THAT LOOK LIKE I NEVER GAVE BIRTH for over a year!

Now this is what I need MY goal to be!  Oh, that would be a great day...

rnihill - 2010-10-08 11:43 PM So, work is interesting today...  We've had out power going on and off.  Apparently a squirrel tried to make a nest in a generator...  he didn't make it through the ordeal...  and the power company is having trouble getting the power up and stabalized throughout the area.  UNfortunately, my section of the building is backed up by a generator.  Otherwise, I'd have a great excuse to get my sunny run in now!

Bwahha ha---poor squirrel--however me and my BT buddies are always joking my Internet is powered by squirrels (not a very good connex and always dropping me!)

So do you think Rhoda's internet connection is running slower now that she lost a squirrel? I wonder how long it will take to get a new one?

hope everyone's having a great Friday, have a run planned for lunch, 7.5 easy.

Look at Dewy.  Bragging that a 7.5 mile run is easy. jk

hahaha... yeah, my definition of easy is much shorter.  And really slow.  Then again, my definition of hard is pretty short and slow too.

But it is! (ducks and runs)

Who'm I kidding ... I am really happy to get in a 15-20 minute walk these days.

Yeah I know what you mean. Back a couple of years ago I was doing 7-8 miles on weekdays and 20 on Saturdays running through the mountains. Those were the days. That was a few years ago and I've been a slacker since then. I'm stepping it up so I will doing the long mountain runs next summer again (hopefully).

Don't waste the cats on powering the internet. Do something useful with them, like giving them to the Chinese take out place down the street. I don't care if it is cat, it's tasty! jk

Speaking of cats...  does anyone have cats that like to lick their ears??  My new kitty is about 15 weeks old now.  He's completely hyper at night, which I expect.  I mean, he wants to fit in like the rest of the crazy family...  But is 3 favorite things to do are: 1) sit on my shoulder when I'm awake, 2) suck on my hair and 3) lick my ears.  It is SO GROSS!!!!

Our internet at work is pretty good at the moment. Our office used to have a call center with close to 200 people. Now there is just 15 of us and they haven't changed the phone lines yet. Speedy speedy, until the phone company switches out the line in a couple of weeks.

BLEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!

Yes. to 1, 2, and 3

Remember that I do *not* like cats. I am learning to tolerate these ones. They were a gift.

Plus, they're free entertainment for the dog.
