Hi Neal!

Hi!  I apologize that you haven't gotten your home video yet.  I'll try and be more discreet about the packageing this time

Sorry, couldn't help myself.

Guess I need to find some video editing software capable of that blurring effect, huh?

Why don't we just re-shoot the whole thing. Say, in January.

Hate to fail a syphilis test. But if you do, start antibiotics right away.

Nervous.

And I feel like I want to be running all the time.

They're both normal feelings, right?

I gotta step out for awhile. I have the exciting job of grocery shopping for 4 tonight. The good news is I get to go by myself.

Later Ghoulies.

Making you nervous, eh. OK, I'll play. I'm actually feeling pretty good. I've never tapered before for my HM's. My 8 miler this morning felt really comfortable and was 6 mins faster than the same route last week. I'm still incredibly slow, just less so.

Like Ann, I've got some nerves jumbling though.

Absolutely!  Last marathon I did I went out for 3 mile runs the last week of taper and had to repeatedly tell myself to trust in the plan

kcarroll - 2010-10-22 2:53 PM I started skimming what I missed. Did anyone get back to Melissa about her question on dropping some Crushers?

I don't think anyone answered. I have my opinion on the subject but I'll keep it to myself.

Well I suggest we give them some time.  Not that there is anything wrong with Type A personalities but give them some time and see what happens.

It is not life and death if they lose the challenge.  I have lost challenges in the past due to people not following through, so we need to let it play out.  One already has withdrawn due to injury.

I say give it over the weekend at minimum.

But I am only 1 and if you guys feel differently I won't lose any sleep either way!

I agree with you. Pulling out because of an injury is fine, I don't think it should hurt the team. Pulling out because of lost interest is not, and unfortunatly, I think it should go against the team. There, I said it.

FWIW  I agree.  That seems to be the way the challenge game is played.
