Feel like I'm having kind of a lazy week, even though I've done something every day...I'm following my training plan for my 1/2 mary and trying to get my swim distance in for the challenge, but I guess it's a pretty light week for me. I feel like a slug.  Hope all is well in Nibbinville. |

I think I just threw up in my mouth a little. "Leisurely stroll" is my pace right now. Maybe one day 9:30's will feel easy. |
