Wow. Heh. i'm not going to say more than that.

Your not saying any more than that says it ALL.

I'm boring too - sitting at home right now, watching the season finale of Grey's Anatomy from last night. Tivo didn't record American Idol from Wednesday, which is weird - so I'll have to look for the video online to look for Kido's wife.

Well, I'd say I'm pretty boring these days too ... sorting shyte, packing shyte, tossing shyte, etc.

Getting ready for my b-day/bye-bye BBQ tomorrow. The grill works. That's the most important thing.

Well, I am here watching tv and "keeping myself from meeting guys" - because where am I gonna meet people by myself on a Friday night? I don't do the bar thing, and I don't understand why that's not acceptable. P*sses me off. My friends are all busy and the most I'd be able to wrangle up right now would be another single girl friend who I already know, who already knows all the guys I know.

Find another church? Or belong to two? One that's got lots of membership and activities ...

I've met some really fun people online, too. Yeah, you have to be careful, but I've never had a bad experience doing Internet dating or Craigslist's Strictly Platonic just for a hang-out fun time ... and I've done a lot of it ...

I'm going ot try to find a new one. Unfortunately, there aren't many with decent young adult communities. The other few young adult communities in the area, I've been to and don't like for various reasons. Most of the "regular" church services around here are families and married couples. So we'll see, I guess.

I've done match.com 3 times in the past 5 years, currently on round #3 right now, and have been on for several months now. I've had no luck whatsoever. The online dating also makes it very hard to find Christian guys, since they don' tgenerally do the online dating thing. And the "christian" online dating sites are TERRIBLE - they're all weird, awkward, anti-social guys who don't have the guts to talk to women, or dudes who write you and say "God told me that you are supposed to move to Uganda and be my wife" - ummm...no thanks.

But think, you could take a few week's worth of pay, go to Uganda, and be RICH!  You could likely just train all day and start your own "Running the Ugandan way" style, or some such thing.

No, the Kenyans have the monopoly on running.

Ok, then maybe a swimming style.

Although maybe Uganda isn't the best place.  You could get just as miserable of a location by going just a bit farther south in the US.

Lucky you.

I had planned on never living farther south than NY, or farther west than Cleveland.
I failed.
