We've had out power going on and off. Apparently a squirrel tried to make a nest in a generator... he didn't make it through the ordeal... and the power company is having trouble getting the power up and stabalized throughout the area. UNfortunately, my section of the building is backed up by a generator. Otherwise, I'd have a great excuse to get my sunny run in now! Bwahha ha---poor squirrel--however me and my BT buddies are always joking my Internet is powered by squirrels (not a very good connex and always dropping me!) So do you think Rhoda's internet connection is running slower now that she lost a squirrel? I wonder how long it will take to get a new one? I don't think our cennection here at work can get any slower... It drives me nuts! I remember getting on the internet 15 years ago way before AOL was even a dream. I would go to bring up a new screen and go eat dinner while it was downloading. And that was just text. You could literally watch things appear on your screen one letter at a time. |

My new kitty is about 15 weeks old now. He's completely hyper at night, which I expect. I mean, he wants to fit in like the rest of the crazy family... But is 3 favorite things to do are: 1) sit on my shoulder when I'm awake, 2) suck on my hair and 3) lick my ears. It is SO GROSS!!!! We don't have a cat to gross my wife out by licking her ears so I have to do it for her. Start out at the check like I'm going to give her a kiss and go back toward the ears. hehehe. |

Mine's actualy okay tonight ... maybe I could lend her a squirrel? I do have two very active cats she could have, too. Don't waste the cats on powering the internet. Do something useful with them, like giving them to the Chinese take out place down the street. I don't care if it is cat, it's tasty! jk Well, these are still kind of stringy and skinny, so it wouldn't be worth the effort. You mean you haven't fattened them up with all that tuna casserole you've been feeding them? |
