But "good morning America how are you? Don't you know me, I'm your native son. I'm the train they call...." Oops sorry, got carried away. With Patti heading off to have bloodwork tests and then the weekly food shopping, I'm shooting for 2 hours on the trainer. Now maybe that's ambitious and my nether regions will probably be complaining after 60 minutes, but it's a goal at least. Let's see how close I can get to it. Oh, and I'm not quite so chatty, I've just been around here too long, coming up on 4 years pretty soon! Good morning Max. I saw that you joined the group last night at some point, but I need to accomplish more today than scrolling through the pages to see how that transpired. I'm sure the girls here informed you of the naked leg picture posting joining requirement..... LOL Tammy...be careful of what you ask for.
Oh my! Nice calves! Yours I presume? All mine...they sure have seen a lot of miles, but are holding up admirably, seeing as how they will be 60 years old in a few months! |

Good thing I'm working on the trainer. I thought hubby and I were going to take a ride on the silver comet the day after Thanksgiving, but he is now talking about going phone shopping then. We are looking at getting a phone that we can link our cell phones to so that we can get rid of the house phone (land line). Anyone else done this yet? Just curious. I should take that out to CoJ and see what they all say there. Hmmmm! I still want to ride the comet. If I do, I'll just up my goal for the month. Go Twisnibbins!!! Tell us more about the silver comet :-)

I'll be giving a pint of blood in about two hours, and then tonight I will choose to ignore the "no intense exercise" and try to get in some elliptical or treadmill work... I need to "run"! just make sure you pick a machine close to someone hot, so if you get woosey they can come running to your assitance! I will need to make sure that I am strategic about my machine selection... yes, hot leg pics would be even better! |

http://silvercomet.tripod.com/ The silver comet is an old converted rail line. Closer to Atlanta it can be busy with street crossings and people walking thier dogs, but from about the 12 mile marker it opens up a lot and you can really put some miles on the bike. I have ridden it out to Rockmart, but it goes even farther now and I want to ride it. It take me almost 90 minutes to get to it from my house so I don't get to ride it very often. Mila is closer to it than I am. |
