Left ring finger it is!  That was my #1 choice.  I did all my shopping today and kept the polish on so I could see what they looked like in the daylight.  The woman at Staples was pretty impressed, though she liked the purple on my left thumb the best.

BTW, the sign up is officially on Monday for the November edition of Ironman Arizona.  I'm all over it, this will be my "A" race for 2008!!  I'm so excited I could explode at the seams!

C'mon now... plenty of time to train!!!  Dunno if it's sold out or not...

I'm not sure...being a new race I don't think it will have the mad rush that Lake Placid had this year.  Plus all the signups will be online and nothing in person so that should help a lot.  I imagine as long as you are at the computer and are patient, you will stand a pretty good chance of getting in.  Crossing my (painted) fingers.

I'm with you, I think that will be the case, too.  When there was first talk of the November date there was a huge amount of buzz about it down here and it looked like a whole slew of athletes were going to try to sign up for it if/when the announcement was made.  In the meantime, however, they ended up signing up for IMFL since there was no word on AZ and they didn't want to chance it.  Basically I think they timed this announcement well.  I suspect this is a good year to get in and that '09 and beyond will begin the regular registration madness.

So now we know where Max will be on Monday...finger on the mouse trigger...will you be taking a day off from work?
