Darn crunches are making it itch (as a lot of ab work always does)... the beotch of it is today, if you get TC, they don't take out the lymph nodes behind the stomach - doesn't increase survival rates - but they didn't know that in '83. Huh ... my surgical scars frequently itch ... I wonder if it's similar reason ... mine was an emergency surgery though, I don't know the nitty gritty of it. |

He's doing so good. Gonna take most of the week off from work so I can clean house and make fudge. Well, gotta get. |

He thinks my hip flexor is healed enough to start running again. Just no heavy duty ab or core work. Yay!!!!!! My coaching starts on January 2 so I'm not doing anything other than swimming and biking until then. I figure a few more weeks of rest will be good for the little bit of inflammation that is left. I am excited, but I know those first few runs will be rough stuff. Just thought I'd share the good news. |

Taking a little break here before getting everyhting out to start making fudge (it's my Holiday specialty) Recieved the "ATV" today. Schew... maybe we'll keep it. It actually is one of the little 12 volt ones, but still seems dangerous for my kids and where we live. I'd rather my son be on skiis. |
