Seriously?  This is my list?

Believe - Cher

No Scrubs - TLC
Angel of Mine - Monica
Heartbreak Hotel - Whitney Houston
Baby One More Time - Britney Spears
Kiss Me - Sixpence None the Richer
Genie In a Bottle - Christina Aguilera
Every Morning - Sugar Ray
Nobody's Supposed to Be Here - Deborah Cox

Even younger.  Prince sang about partying like it.

Yup, I got the right year.

I thought about it again and I was like Brittany and 13 years please tell me no, but 9 years of her is more than enough!!!!

Amazing how music changed huh?

In Brittany's world it most likely seems like 29 years instead of 9. She has certainly keep her life in the news.

kns57 - 2008-08-05 3:09 PM Interesting. The new library board member was appointed today. It is a person who has been attacking the library for the past two years. Constantly challenging the board. What is really interesting is that they have had a library watch site for the past several years and today the site directs you to the library home page. Wonder if the County Board Commissioner who appointed this person told them they had to take the site down. Hmmmmm It will be an interesting board meeting next month I predict.

Can I get a video of this meeting?  It has "somebody blows their top" potential written all over it.

Will be interesting to see if any of the press or TV crews show up. We have had that happen before.

Sounds like our City Council.  We've had one member file assault charges against another.  I'm pretty sure if they televise them, they have to run a delay and beep stuff.  Oh, and the Mayor passed out cowboy hats at the first one he went to.

kns57 - 2008-08-05 1:14 PM Heather, how is the patio coming along?

Can't wait to get home and check it out!!!
They got all of the excavation complete and the forms built.  They were supposed to pour the patio today and the drive tomorrow... but it's been scary overcast all day
Lucky my office is in the middle of the building, so I can't stare out and worry all day...

LOL....  However, I do remember my sister and I anxiously awaiting MTV's premier of the THRILLER video....  back in the day of MTV's Lunar Landing

Actually, RHCP and Arrested Development are still some of my favorites...And of course Clapton is a must on everyone's list (or so I think)

OH, and forgot to add Nirvana on my fav list too

So do you work at a gym?  Public (like Y) or more private?  Just curious because I might PM you with some employment questions.  Looking into a career change but want some insider info first!

I work for County Recreation, yes in a gym.  I got my BS in Kinesiology and MS in Exercise Phys (coursework Cardiac Rehab, intern Corporate Wellness).  I personal trained for years, sometimes I miss it, and others I'm glad to have the more "stable" hours.
I love my job!!!

Yeah, but for the job I currently have... I'm over qualified and don't use over half of it (the ed that is)  many in my position either have their BS or are working towards it.   I truly could have landed this job without the MS.  I have actually thought about once the little one starts school going back for a BSN and try to get back into Cardiac Rehab.

let's see - the year I graduated from HS these were the top 10 songs (at least according to one listing) - can you guess the year?

1. My Sharona, The Knack
2. Bad Girls, Donna Summer
3. Le Freak, Chic
4. Da Ya Think I'm Sexy, Rod Stewart
5. Reunited, Peaches and Herb
6. I Will Survive, Gloria Gaynor
7. Hot Stuff, Donna Summer
8. Y.M.C.A., Village People
9. Ring My Bell, Anita Ward
10. Sad Eyes, Robert John

Without the use of Google I will play along.

I have seen your photo so I would guess 29 but I know those songs are older than that (the music gives it away - not the pictures!)

1982 (my sister's year) - Reunited gave it away

Nope earlier - 1981 and that is my final guess

pretty darn close! 1979
