Actually I havent had to dress up for chrissie for a few years... used to when living at home until the last couple of years and then for the family but not really dressed up just jeans and a nice top type level.. I did wear a dress when I went ot the Exes brothers fiances family... sundresses are defintaley popular...

But last year because I was cooking etc I didnt really bother... This year I think I would like to find something pretty... I used to have a BRIGHT RED dress I wore almost every year in my teens...

mchally - 2008-11-24 10:37 PM I think that I am going to treat myself to some pumpkin cheesecake. And no, I don't mean cheesecake.

Why not have both?

First I need to find a guy that meets the previous 'requirements', then I will serve up a whole bunch of cheesecake.

hmmm maybe thats what Im doing wrong... I need some requirements in order to meet someone...

Making a list, checking it twice...

I LOVE baking so for me its purrfect... we dont have turkey day here... would be good if we did then I could spread out all the things i want to make over more days which would be MUCH MORE practical!

I get a little worried when it's my sole responsibility to provide dinner.  That's a lot of pressure.  At least I know I'm good at making mashed potatos.  Would it be wrong to serve just mashed potatos, bread, and cheesecake?

Cheesecake??????????? While the whole family is there???????????? Um. Oh. Maybe you meant a different type of cheesecake. OK then.

Who said I'm having family over?

Hm. OK then.

I signed up for the limiter challenge last week. Dee added a challenge as well-I can't miss out on that. So December has 2 challenges on board(so far).

I'm doing Slugger's challenge too. Going to swim for one, and bike for the other.

What about the previously mentioned shoulder and knee???

Hmmm maybe i should sign up for a challenge...

Well, I have one good knee and one good shoulder. So maybe I should just set my goals at 50%. LOL Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooo - Cat's gonna sign up for a challenge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think so but I have no idea which one... its all so confusing having *options*

Do them all.

If i tried that I would definatley FAIL!

OK. Pick just one then.

Will do... how do I get on your team????

See? I *knew* you liked being stalked! Pick a challenge. Either one. Sign up and make a teammate request. Of course, they'll all think you're crazy for requesting me as a teammate.

Most people around here already know that about me dont they'???

Ok what am I doing in December...

Oooh, ooh...what about me?   Do people know that I am special too???

I'm back from dinner.  My beloved PowerBook is on death's door.  The display is all screwed up and I can't read anything on the screen.  It's time to make sure everything is backed up and look at getting a new one.  Unfortunately, they are expensive.

I'm sad.

I'm also sad that I will be missing out on the dress Cat opportunity this week.

Welcome back Jen!!! Im sorry youll miss dress Cat too...

I would have done it sooner but it makes sense to wait until the flatmate is NOT home!

That makes a lot of sense.  I like to try on outfits when my husband isn't home.

Not even the one that Pam has?

I seem to end up dating guys a few (several) years older than me... age really doesnt bother me too much... it seems to be more about life experiences you can relate to and not at different lifestages (ie him wanting kids ASAP and me wanting to have other life experiences first)
