mchally - 2010-08-12 7:22 AM oh...I figured out where I am going to live.

I thought of a past roommate that I had gotten along really well with and gave him a call.  It turns out that one gal that has been with him the last year is moving out at the end of the month to live closer to school/work and another gal that moved in last month sent him an email this morning that it wasn't going to work out.  She has some issues...mental, financial, etc and decided to get into some sort of program.

Anyway, he was fretting this morning about what he was going to do with both rooms empty when I gave him a call...

I will have my old room back.  $475 a month, utilities, wifi, and laundry included.  Plus it is furnished (if I want) with a new bed, desk, etc.

It is very nice to have that resolved.

Plus I will have a hiking, snowshoeing, kayaking, biking, etc buddy again.  Oh...he considers me family and will share his REI employee discounts too.

Pretty well. Today was my last day of work for the week. Took a few days off, and am heading out of town on Friday for a wedding this weekend. This is the last wedding of this year that we're going to. It's been quite the summer, and I'm glad that this is the final wedding.

Artemis - 2010-08-13 11:53 AM I'm back from my 4 mile race.  There was a rain delay and then it started pouring just as I got to mile 3!!  It was exciting, but it was fun.

In a hospital.   In Chicago, IL.  In a house in the town of Marshall, WI (approx. 16 miles East, NE of Madison, WI)

Senior Network/Desktop Support/jack-of-all-trades computer guy.

Doing what I'm doing and doing triathlons more full time.

Well, I'm really stretching it and reaching out here, but, since I'm a doubter, be the first living person to see/go/visit and then leave "heaven", then prove/show/provide undeniable evidence to humanity, that "heaven" exists.  Otherwise, visiting ANY "old world" country outside the continental United States would be exhilirating.

Yes, I am weird and think way outside the box.  Glad that I can entertain you.

Just think of the home of Wal-Mart, and that's where I am - like it or not. Actually, I love the area, but don't love Wal-Mart.
