But first I am heading to the Y. I have a swim lesson tonight. It's tough for me to workout later in the evening since I'm always up early. But, it's the only time she teaches. Will pop back in after class. Hi Kim Helping Tom shower was a rough job, but Amy and I were up for the task. Hope you had a good swim. I have no doubt you both did a fine job. I know. we were riding and chatting last night and my buddy asked me what my comfort speed is and I told him it all depends on conditions but 17 or so is pretty standard for me for just cruising around and not hurting. His is 15 mph. So I told him that means I get to carry the maps right? He told me no because he doesn't trust me. Like I am going to leave him in Alabama on his own!
