Speaking of post count, your's is getting close to a milestone. You're going to lose some stars pretty soon.

I'm still working away on my costume which is why I haven't been around. I will be back and forth until I leave in 2 hours for an interview. Maybe on later tonight.

On the food topic I made homemade tapioca pudding for lunch dessert (my mom is sick so it was a nice treat). No, I don't usually have lunch dessert.

I came along after the fact so when I saw it, you were over 300, then I saw the follow up comments and had a little chuckle. But you stuck it out until you did it. Good job.

I don't know how I repeatedly saw almost 300... I hit 260 when I declared 300 the first time.

Lunch time. Its tough in today's economy isn't it. I'm stressed but I'm sure its nothing compared to what others are going through.

I'm back, munching on leftover tuna casserole. Yum.

Thanks for the luck everyone! I will keep you posted. For now, nap. Get up in one hour, prep for interview and head out! I have so save the preping for the last minute thanks to kitty whose fur gets on everything! I dress and leave the upstairs immediatly when I'm supposed to look nice.

I hear you on the hair ... glad I never have to look really decent, because I'm basically one giant slobberfurball these days.

The tuna casserole was delicious. The dog has, I think, licked off her own tongue as I gave her the bowl.

I would like to make some chocolate chip cookies, but don't know if I have the energy.

I sure have the energy to eat them, though.

I made the cookies. Speaking of imperial/metric I pulled a classic newbie doozy and added a stick of butter. Which here is 250 grams. Which is NOT an American stick.

I compensated for this by fishing chunks of butter out and feeding them to the dog. One time she moved her head, though, and now she's wearing a glob of butter where she can't get it. I hope the cats do.

Cooking now. I'll let you know how they turn out. Look pretty good from here. Smell too.

I have a ZIT in my ear and it's really painful and I'm sure it's from that darned cat licking it.

The cookies are DELICIOUS.

I have a friend on here that eats 2 choco chip cookies every night for dessert. WTF?!??! How does he limit himself to TWO?
