This is starting to remind me of the Bridget Jones Diaries Okay ladies, let's not harp on her losing her fishnets, we've all lost a piece of clothing somewhere before, right? Afterall, even I lost a belt at a bar in college, and I'm a good little southern belle. ok, so here's a funny story about losing clothes when I was in college..........................i had gained a bunch of weight, lost a bunch of weight (yes this is relevant) soooooo, the elastic in my half slip was all stretched out, being a poor college student, I decided to tuck the slip into the top of my pantyhose rather than incurring the expense of a new slip. well, as I was walking on campus, feeling very sexy in my cute little outfit - all dressed up (for the life of me I cannot remember why I was dressed up) anyway, I'm walking along - and all of the sudden, I feel something tickling my knees, then my calves, I look down {very puzzled look on my face} and realize that my slip is falling off of me (keep in mind, I am in the middle of campus) my thought process is something like this - hmmmmmm, I have two choices
soooooo, i kept on walking until the slip dropped to the ground, stepped over it and never looked back LMAO!!!!! THAT'S A CLASSIC!!!! Love that one, Beth |

It's OK, Max. I got I'm such a dealer...BT Twisnibbins thread...the new crack...heh... With Patti heading off to have bloodwork tests and then the weekly food shopping, I'm shooting for 2 hours on the trainer. Now maybe that's ambitious and my nether regions will probably be complaining after 60 minutes, but it's a goal at least. Let's see how close I can get to it. I hope Mrs. Max is OK... x2...give her a little BT love from the group... Ooohh, look! Our thread is getting wider again...do we need to start a new thread at around 50 pages? At what page number did it become wide enough so we had to scroll last time? Heh...by the way, I do my FIRST 5K next Thursday Turkey Run (Run) ummmmm, I think it was around 70 or so - not sure I have a feeling the thread may grow even faster with all of our new friends!! Loving it!!
COOL Beth! Are you excited, nervous? You're gonna do great! |

She did not like the feel of my ropy hip flexor at all. She fussed at me for ab work, she fussed at me for running. She told me all I was doing was laying muscle on top of knots that need to be gone before I can add strength. Also that I was most likely fraying the ends of my tendons by trying to stretch without the knots gone and that I could risk another tear. Well, eff!!!!!! WTF am I supposed to do? |

Taking a day off today due to the heavy rain, but she's closing in on 4 months of steady walking and losing nearly 25 lbs in the process...all while battling MS at the same time. The chick has a lotta guts! Now I have to do some caculations and see how many posts were put up during my 70 minute trainer ride. PPMs as it were! |
