Kristen Hey Kristen, welcome. Don't you sometimes feel like the Twisnibbin thread moves at a different warp speed than real life? So good to see you're spending so much time with the kids. I bet they really miss you. Enjoy the weekend. When do you fly back, or are you home until after Christmas break? |

It was just announced a few hours ago. Sign up is at 9:00 AM Pacific Time on Monday, November 26th: http://www.nasports.com/news/fullstory.php?storyid=787 Woooo hoooo!!! So now we know where Max will be on Monday...finger on the mouse trigger...will you be taking a day off from work? Fortuantely Sal, I work a night shift, and don't go in until 3 PM, so the noontime signup for me on the east coast is a piece of cake! I will be there, credit card in hand. I'm looking forward to this, it will be my 4th Ironman. I'm hoping it's wetsuit legal and that the water isn't too warm!

No such thing as "too much wine"...in fact I have a glass of Burgundy next to the 'puter!

LOL... oh well. Just space those thousand yards out over the year . If you want to see good improvement swim first in a 25m pool and then switch to a 25 yd pool. This worked beautifully for me today. I really improved my swim time this week. Hee hee .

Hope the computer is nice to you and you get registered alright. That is one nice thing about a night job, isn't it? I love the fact that you wear nail polish, and I LOVE the way you hydrate. 5 liter of wine and all those water bottles to fill. ROTFLAO. Mila, wine, wine and more wine. So did you finish a bottle off last night? Cool color for your nails and toes. Now if we could only get Sal to paint his! LOL |

Don't wear anything on the shoes. When I get to icy patches, I just take really small steps. You doing the SLC 5K or marathon next spring? I did the SLC marathon 2 years ago. The altitude killed me... |
