How the heck are you? sorry to hear about the problem at work - what's up? glad to hear you have a 3 day weekend planned with your sister, that will be fun! Long story, but the short version, someone sent and anonymous email to the whole staff at my branch that was a very insubordiant response to an email that I had sent out. Now HR says I have to have a mandatory meeting with the whole staff to discuss this. I have alternated between fustration, feeling betrayed, and trying to be positive and learn from this. I have avoided crying, but at times I have certainly felt that way. Bottom line, they don't see why they have to do what they call "busywork" which is all a part of their job description. |

Kendra - Im sorry that is such a tough one! Its a sign someone isnt happy with their job in general probably and no reflection on you as the boss. I dont blame you for being upset its a very underhanded way of dealing with an issue when that person should have come to you for a discussion if they felt that strongly about it. Good luck! |
