Stage 7/10 done!

Some serious hill climbing over in CdA, Id this morning. I'm pretty sure it looked like the Alp du Huez!

Stat. bike in office gym .
TDF Challenge: 4/10 Completed !

Did my ride this afternoon, and even climbed a big hill at the end like the Tour did today.

13/21:  1:13:36// 17.63mi // Avg Mph  14.4  I did however have a Max MPH: of 31.6 going down the big hill. Whoo Hoo! I wish I could ride that fast all the time. I wouldn't need a car. Have a great night every one!!

I am getting caught up with my posting after being away from the computer for the weekend. So here it goes....

Hey spokes, I want to modify my goal to 8. Cat said we could modify our goals. 

Stage 7/10 complete with my race on Saturday...

12 miles in 39:37, but I PRed in the 5K right after that! Rolling course... which was not great, but overall not a bad ride!

13/21   6.87mi in 42min @ 9.81mph climb: 237'

Ok, Capt. will do...gee this font is big. That is better.

I got  my 16/21 done today with a run brick.
