I'm headed for London tomorrow morning.  I'll be doing a few runs around Hyde and Regents Parks next week in the mornings.  Any of you mates live around there?

And Cat, can I just reduce my goal to whatever I can do when I get back?  I've got one ride in and I can do more, but I'm going to be in London for half of the challenge time.  So I need to reduce my goal pretty drastically.  Or, you can just kick me out

Hey Tex - its not a problem, I know your situation... here is what Im going to do... I will freeze your results at where they stand.

If you get access to a gym/spin bike or anything while in Londom Im sure you can let me know.

Otherwise we will work on the assumption that we will need to reduce your goal by the amount of days you are away... no stress, no worries!

Chris, I'm at the ParkPlaza - Sherlock Holmes on Baker Street.  Heading up to run  Regents in the morning.  Will try to hit Hyde Park Sunday morning before a long day of sightseeing.

Hi Team - just a quick reminder that Monday July 14th is the LAST day of week one of the challenge.

It would be great if at this time you could make sure your google spreadsheet is up to date with your achieved and GOAL stages and distance/time for the week. (there are currently a few blank spaces on some of the teams)

I will get an interim result up in the forum on Wednesday assuming that whatever is in your team spreadsheet is the results for your team.

I have updated the spreadsheets so they are all calculating goals consistently across the board and as always if you have any questions let me know.
