Between things happening at work, going to the dr. for the darn foot 3 times last week, my son is dealing with issues and talking with him, going to visit my Dad and sister & Brother-in-law in NC over the weekend, it has just been crazy. I'm hoping things will settle down this week. Jen, I will get my workouts in for the team. Promise.

of course - it isn't quite as fast as it was in November - that had to be unprecedented  

time for dinner -

steak, baked potatoes, salad, cheesebread, and pale ale - yum!

not since the last time he popped in - sounded like he is busy with his new business and his family being back with him

Mid October thru December is my off season. I don't have to train, I'm burned out, and the kids' activities don't pick up until closer to Christmas. I miss the autumn Right now, all 4 family members are going great guns. Hard to find time to post post post.

it is so tough when everyone is going a million different directions! 

Crazy Normal.... meeting this morning, health fair this afternoon, sis is in town, sis is leaving town, work to be done (ugh!!), pool opens this Sat - concessions not ready to open, pre-race training out of town Sat morning (what is Amy thinkin?), and a few other things...  I actually sewed a curtain in 15 minutes before work this morning (for work)...  Yep, I'm on it...  Don't know what it is, but I think I'm on it

A little cold, but not as bad as I was thinking.  I got kind of light-headed and dizzy towards the end because my sinuses were so plugged up.  Have to write a blog post about what I learned today.

Nope...just a database change done by Ron or Marma.  Scott's changed his name at least 3 times.
