I am not getting my next stage in tonight.  I twisted my %&* neck at swim today. I was completely screwing up a new drill and hosed my neck.  Bah. And this is with a race on the 20th.  :-( 

My wife has been very supportive. She brought me lunch in bed today.  However, she is yet to get me a new carbon fiber bike.   Maybe tomorrow.  :-)

A very small stage 5 this morning, 6.23 km easy spin on the drainer (it's raining) in preparation for tomorrow's race.

Hi Team - just a quick reminder that Monday July 14th is the LAST day of week one of the challenge.

It would be great if at this time you could make sure your google spreadsheet is up to date with your achieved and GOAL stages and distance/time for the week. (there are currently a few blank spaces on some of the teams)

I will get an interim result up in the forum on Wednesday assuming that whatever is in your team spreadsheet is the results for your team.

I have updated the spreadsheets so they are all calculating goals consistently across the board and as always if you have any questions let me know.

Umm what I do every night during the tour - watchin the coverage...

Have we met? Im Cat - and Im obsessed with the Tour De France - this means I get NO (well very little) sleep which makes the month very interesting! 

Blagels do go with cheese!  Especially this early in the morning. 

I got stage 4 in today.  67 minutes--supposed to bike 2.5 hours today.  I have a kids swim meet at 7:00, so I got up at 4:00 to crank out what I got on the drainer.  I could have/should have gotten 30 minutes more--but I just didn't have it today. 

Maybe I'll get another stage in later today!

lol...By the end of the month, you're going to start hallucinating this time of day / night. THAT'S when it's going to get interesting. "Hey guys, check out the funny stuff Cat will do when asked!" I'm Blake by the way, and I know pretty much nothing about the tour. I enjoy the highlights, but don't get Versus here in the states.

Yeah I get a little loopy - work is reasonably understanding thankfully as otherwise I really would be screwed.. Im a girl that needs my 8 hours sleep and well... I dont get anything close AT ALL this time of year!!!

Later in the month you can try some special requests and see how I respond huh?
