More then likely I will increase them as the month gets closer to the end depending where I'm at. Run: 24 Miles Bike: 80 Miles Swim: 2500 meters Thanks Dee Hm. I'm sure that Beth will want you on her team. But then again, I want you on my team. And Sal will probably want you on his team. And Mila and Kendra and Cat will want you on their team - which is, btw, my team... Hm........................... Oh my. This is a tough one.... Sigh. Lots of Nibbs are on my team already.... So Beth's team it is.... Then again, as challenge organizer, I'm on EVERY team thread. (So are Cat and Kendra and Beth, actually. Go figure....) Um, Beth - which team are you on? LOL Team Chatty, I believe. |

I'm going to be out of town August 30th through September 7th and then again Sept. 19-20. Therefore, my goals are lower considering this. Here are my goals for September: Swim: 60 minutes Bike: 180 minutes Run: 180 minutes Other: 210 minutes Thanks. Lisa |

Tri season will be starting here in Australia in 3-4 months and I really need to start swimming and cycling and weights and core training and all that other stuff!!!! My training has fallen by the wayside a little during July I was on holiday for 4 weeks and my training took a break to! Its amazing how fast fitness goes when its not maintained. I'll post my goals later when I've had some time to think about them |
