At least in my diet it is No cuz thats part of your water intake, not considered a food group. This way leaves more room for chocolate. Which reminds me, I've always wanted to have a wine and chocolate party. That could be fun!! |

If I can do the 5K in Jan, might try a 10K in Feb. I'd like to do a half marathon. There's one at the end of April that is supposed to be a good first (Country Music Half). We'll take it one race at a time though; I don't wanna end up with more (or worse) foot/ankle problems. A friend of mine is headed down to run the Country Music Half in April. It's her first. It looks like a great race! |

Geez, I wouldn't want to get up early and swim either! I'm not a fan of early mornings. I enjoy the morning but anything before 6:00 does not make me happy! It's too cold and dark. I used to get up at 5:00 and run when we lived in Hawaii. That was fine since it was warm and peaceful. It just seems creepy here! Enjoy the coffee and breakfast! |
