I would have to rush straight home and then straight back to the pool to get a short swim in. Or do anything. The Y closes at 6 on Saturdays. disturbed275 - 2009-02-07 12:05 PM lastcall2003 - 2009-02-07 9:34 AM I woke up with a sore throath and now i'm starting to sniffle :/ i can't get sick Sending some feel better vibes your way ~~~~~~~~~ less than a hour left of the open house/jewelry show. Then I can go home and relax...and do some schoolwork. It is a bummer that I didn't bring my workout stuff. My parents house is less than a mile from the gym. Maybe I will try to get a swim in this evening. Tough training luck You're a busy one |

I am hoping that things will calm down a little bit now that preparation for the showing is done. I can't really make up for the missed workouts, but I can do my best not to miss any more. Thankfully my cold/sinus thing is clearing up so I will be able to get in some swims. |

Expert 1202 Montana | Subject: RE: Team GALILEO: Stick to the Plan Well, I survived a short swim. Decent pace, and it limbered my shoulder up a little bit. I have other small aches, and I think I'll notice them more tomorrow. Nothing bad, though. I talked to the other skiier's dad today, and he is doing fine. Didn't get the run in that I had planned, but it was surplus anyway. Don't forget to update your numbers on the spreadsheet! Edited by Shoeless 2009-02-07 9:10 PM |

The jewerly showing thing-a-ma-jig is done. I am soooo tired. I have a final tomorrow, but I don't know if I am going to get any studying in. I will probably do a bit in the morning, but that means no workout. On the plus side my teacher is allowing us to bring in a 3x5 card with notes. Personally I don't really care either way, but it lowers the stress that many of my classmates are experiencing

Master 1639 Robbinsville NJ | Subject: RE: Team GALILEO: Stick to the Plan Got in a 2nd straight 5.5 mile run outside today. Was going to do a brick but was only about 1 mile in on the bike and was blown into traffic for the 2nd time so turned around and just ran. Let's have a good week everyone! |

Champion 7931 Sequim, Washington | Subject: RE: Team GALILEO: Stick to the Plan Okay. I have decided that I will be lazy, but good at the same time. Here is my 5 step plan... 1. I am going to go to bed super early. 2. I am going to get up quite early. 3. I will go to Denny's, buy an egg, and study for an hour or two. I will tip well. I figure a large, quiet study space is worth a few bucks. 4. Then I will go to the gym and swim. If for any reason the pool is closed, I will spin instead. 5. Then I will go to school and I will get a 95% or better on my final. It is a win-win-win situation. I get to sleep and I won't be slacking on my training or neglecting my studies.
