I'm thinking if I finish the IM I may get a tattoo. Not an m-dot, but maybe little swim, bike, run symbols with 140.6 under it. Just black. Really simple. On the back of my shoulder so it shows when I'm swimming, racing, and in casual stuff, but hidden otherwise. I've never been big on the IM tattoos but I was thinking why not. What do you guys think? But if you put it on the back of your shoulder, *you* wouldn't be able to see it. |

Actually I am the only sibling of 4 that doesn't have one). I could never decide on something that I cared enough about to put on my skin for the rest of my life. I would definitely consider something tri related after finishing an ironman though. I've always felt the same way. We'll see. I may not even finish!!! You will finish! I have 2 tats... one in honor of my hubby serving in Iraq( patriotic on my lower back) One in honor of my 4 children ( vine/line design on the top of my foot, looks like a flip flop with 4 leaves colored their birthstones.) and when I finish my Ironman I will get something in honor of that for me! |

I'm not a big believer in antibiotics and think way too many people take them for viruses and therefore create these superbugs that we can't fight off. However, if you have an actual infection, you will need antibiotics. You'll get better so much more quickly so they are worth it. |
