I've got -lots- of space and it's all nicely contained now

Just got back from 'Movies in the Park' with the family, tonight's movie was Nim's Island. Hadn't seen it before and was decent.  Really windy outside (20-30mph) and really fit in with the movie's ocean storms and all.  Tommorrow night is another one, Wall-E.  We've seen that one several times but still will be a fun night out.

Got the 10k run in after work before movie.

Somehow I think this should have been at least 10 posts instead of just one to fit in with this crowd!  I'll work on that.

I see you had some foam inspecting to do

Sounds like a challenge  

Good morning everyone

Yesterday was an off day

I don't like to start a new month with an off day

Or to start a new challenge with an off day

I feel like I am lagging behind

Today will be a quick run to get the legs moving

Then I will go to swim go for a ride

Then I will just relax and get ready

For tomorrow's half marathon

I am getting nervous to be honest

I am not too sure what pace I should aim for

I don't want to start too fast and then have a hard time finishing

But I don't want to start too slow and then finish with still fresh legs

What do you guys think of this table?
