Damn I was in a rush this morning ...

Good morning team

Sorry I was not around yesterday night

I went for a ride

Then a mini swim

I had diner late

Which was freaking good BTW

And then I watched some TV with my wife

Before falling asleep kinda early

Good news was that I woke up early today though

Then went for a run

And came to work early

Which means I will get out of here early too

And I will go ride again tonight

Weather is gorgeous, and should stay that way

And who knows, I might swim a little again tonight in my pool

Well, not as little as yesterday though

Oh BTW, I decided to join the triathlon club of the University finally

Pool access, gym access, private coaching with weekly plan, discount at LBS. I figured it was worth it.

To be honest though, the 5h30AM swim twice a week is the reason I think about it for so long
