mchally - 2009-08-05 12:41 AM I feel a little lost.  I've been wandering aimlessly...or maybe just sitting in a corner...or walking in circles.  I don't seem to be going anywhere.   ???
I hear you. I was there. Then I lost my mind and decided to get a new job. And move to a new state. And do it all in less than 2 weeks. And now I run in circles, feeling lost. I wander from room to room, with a panicked look on my face.... And toss stuff randomly into boxes....

And I start my morning with a smile.

Dee-  it will all work out.  Just remember to breathe now and then.  Maybe pause for a cup of tea?

Hiya Nibbs!  I'm back from vacation and trying to get back into the swing of things at work.  It's challenging.  I feel like I need a vacation from the vacation with all the driving.

Well, at least you're getting paid to toss stuff randomly into boxes, and wander from room to room with a panicked look on your face, Deeder.  When we changed all our carp over at work and got a new boss, it was still discombobulated (and believe me, it still isn't any better).  I finally decided to "take the bull by the horns" and initiate things to make me look better to the boss.  It's showing with the positive feedback I've been getting.  Give it a shot.

Melissa - the economy is at a very bad point at this time.  I feel bad for your situation.  On another note, wifey and I had a "discussion" last night, and the thing that eluded me about Ironman Moo was that school will be in progress at that time - BUSY BEING A PARENT TIME with my oldest being in football and running around getting the homework completed, so, the "wifey-hubby" time may not happen.  I'll keep you updated.

Yep.  I worked a half day yesterday, but I ended up running errands and paying bills and stuff, so I didn't really get a chance to relax.  This weekend, I have a long run on Saturday and a race on Sunday, plus I decided I would try to make some blackberry jam.  Not really a chance to relax in there.  I'm not sure what I was thinking!!

Who's getting paid?

Work #1 ended yesterday. Work #2 starts on the 17th....

So actually, I'm not getting paid by *anyone* right now.... (Although my health coverage isn't interrupted, at least.)

Hmm..we left at 7:00 CDT and got back at 12:30 EDT, so about 18.5 hours including stops.  For the whole trip, we drove 3,310 miles!!!

It was crazy.  I'd be happy to not be in the car for at least a week.  Not such a viable option.

Well I just started a new drug...Geodon  (ziprasidone HCl)

I am suppose to take it with food...preferably fatty foods, so I am eating peanut butter right from the jar.  Unfortunately it is almost gone.    It is time to find myself some more Adams no-stir creamy PB.
