Subject: RE: The Ghoulies are STILL doing Ironman distances this month!!!so looking forward to the new schedule, im gonna save my workouts for the daytime as much as possible. schedule 1-2 days of subbing, whenever the opportunity presents itself, and just work around that schedule. what w the weather breaking, i'll be able to get out and ride/run more often and what w the pool opening Memorial Day weekend, i can get in my swims outdoors when me and the boys are at the community pool. im feeling really really good about life moving forward. though i know its going to be FULL of all sorts of adjustments as we transition and find our new normal, im RIDICULOUSLY excited as well. how is that possible, you ask? i dunno. i ask myself that everyday. just good to be living in that sorta space as we make this transition. stacieb |
