I just wish they were more filling so I would stop eating them already! How about a recipe, Billiam? Sounds like a good thing for me to make while I'm milling around this month! Thomas - I will bring it in tomorrow but let me see if I can remember 3 cups fruit - 2 tbsp Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Corn Starch - 1 tbsp Salt (boil and let thicken then set off to side to cool) Mixing Bowl - 1 cup butter / 1 1/3 cups brown sugar / 1 cup sugar / 1 tbsp Salt (cream together) Add 2 cups Flour (we use whole wheat) - 1 tbsp vanilla - 1 tbsp baking powder (or soda - LOL) - 2 cups of oatmeal Mix all together and put 3/4 down in greased 9x13 pan - add fruit - spread remaining portion over top Oven at 350 for 20-30 min or until top is golden brown - All this equals YUMMYLICIOUS Thanks Bill!
