I spent my day running around, taking care of the kid's stuff, and looking for a new vanity for the bathroom. Now it's dark and snowing, and hubby just wants my help to do the tile in the bathroom we demo'd over the weekend.

Hi. I hurt. Thanks single leg squats...you would think after running 42.2km that my a$$ would be able to better withstand doing 24 squats on each leg....Apparently not...fail. weak. fail.

Oh well. Apparently this is why I injure myself: NOTE: do not let yourself have a weak a$$...In theory with all this a$$ work, my a$$ will look fantastic for Maui...and by default Carlsbad...

Swimming tonight was pretty intense. We did 20x25 fast as a main set. 10 @ 30, 4 @ 45, 4 @ 50 and 2 @ 60. It was pretty hcore. odd were free, even were stroke (back for me!)....

Maybe I'm faster than last year?? I was holding 16's for the free and 18-19's for the bk. In theory this means I should be down to a 32-33 for 50free from a push and 37-38 for back...I'm sure we will be doing sprint 50's sometime soon. Woohoo for sucking less!

I feel better today...less tachycardia...haha. My nap was awesome and now I am about to go to sleep again! SLEEEEEP!

Melindy-- I got your message. Yes, makes sense. Thanks! I think I will consider myself to have a-fib brought on by too much AVNRT. It just sounds so much nicer, and less, well, stroke causing.

Oh, one other thing I did learn about AVNRT: it tends to show up in the 3 rd decade of life, then it kinda limits itself into near non-existence, but then it tends to rear its ugly head in your 40's to 50's, when it is more bothersome due to the (supposed) decrease in pliability and general health of the heart muscle itself. So, the doc says I will probably have more problems in another 10 years or so. So I guess I'll go see him and have ablation at that point in time. Assuming I have AVNRT and not a-fib. Although, my ECG's generally had very regular rhythm when I was in an episode. The most recent one even showed a neat pattern of every other beat matching. like an A-B-A-B-A-B pattern. Did that make sense?

I'm glad you stopped by. I hate talking to myself every time I'm here.

Oh, and I checked airfare to San Diego. The fares went down all of $6. Maybe next Tuesday?

Haha. Yes, it makes sense. ECG patterns are kinda cool. I am a fan of Mobitz I (aka. wenckebach)...because I like to say wenckebach...A few years ago the fourth years made a music video called wenckebach as a parody of JT's Sexyback...we are so cool...

It makes sense that it would appear in the 30-40s and then advance in severity with age. It would take a certain amount of time for the double route to form as the heart heals itself from daily wear and tear. Most people don't start to have big problems until late 50-60s I would say with a-fib...that's when they tend to get put on coumadin for it anyways.

I like that: too much AVNRT causes A-fib. I guess that makes a little bit of AVNRT less stroke causing! Haha

How's the weather there Bill?

We were supposed to get strong storms last night. If we got them, everyone in my house slept through them. I never heard a sound.
