Morning Ann.  Non-daylight savings is nice.

My weekend was pretty busy but uneventful.  Saturday worked a race so stood out in the cold for 4 hours as a race monitor.  Darn cars thinking they have the right of way...  Then that afternoon went to a baby shower where everyone made a big deal about my weight loss.  Many of them had not seen me in months.  It felt good.  Then hubby and I made a trip to Whole Foods and created a shopping list for when we get our son to purchase on discount for us.  It is nice having him working again, I can't say that enought.

Sunday - here is the boring day.  Cleaned all the windows in the house except for the basement.  We took out the storm windows which I then cleaned.  I then did the inside of all the windows and hubby did the outside with the pressure washer.  Not as clean as I was hoping, but such a big improvement over the way it was.  I can't even remember when I last cleaned the windows, that is how long it has been.  All the screens are cleaned and in the basement.  All of that took us 6 hours.  We were exhausted.  Then we went to the gym where I did a 2 mile run and then soaked in the hot tub. 

Don't forget a couple of trips to Canada

Off to meet the boss man this morning, do a site visit and then go and vote. It is supposed to be BEAUTIFUL and almost 70 today. It is not going to be easy to focus.

Hi Robin. High here today of 68. I am leaving work half an hour early and my son and I are going to take the dogs on a long walk this afternoon.

Great idea. I have long advocated that, especially in the winter, when we have Gift Days like this we should be able to take off work to enjoy them with no penalty.

Robin, I really like that idea.  Especially now that daylight savings time is over, it is dark after work.

I'm planning on getting in a run tonight.  I forgot my running gear, so I can't go and run with the group tonight.  Oh, well, guess I'm on my own.

Be at my house around 3:45. Wear boots, I'm not sure how muddy the fields will be.

It is too pretty to work!!!

I have the house open today. Nice breeze, Almost 70.  And here I sit having to work.

HOWEVER.. the good news is, here I sit having to work NOT in an office.

I'm impressed that you got a phone call.  Next time email them earlier and maybe you'll get your power back on quicker.

It is good for the bones. I just need to back off for a while to let the stress fracture heal. Not easy. Thanks for all the inspires. It's been a tough couple weeks. Hoping for normalcy soon.

Kendra, I had the same exact thought. BTW, congrats on the weight loss. I've tried to keep up a bit. Terrific accomplishment.

I have a co-worker coming in today and staying the night. Have to go check the status of the guest room and bath.

Hopefully this time we will get the work done that needs doing.

I took the boy, and the pooches on a long walk yesterday. I wore them all out.
