Another 30 good miles tonight! I'm closing in on my goals. Planning to ride 25-30 again tomorrow and that will almost wipe out my mileage, then have to get in the rest of the sessions. I'm really liking riding my bike, I just wish I could find a comfy saddle or develop an iron butt. Keep going sky teamies!

Don't laugh, my experienced sky teamies, but.....I have completed my longest ever training ride of 13.5 miles today. It took 1.06, which together with yesterday's effort has hit my minutes target for the tour. Just got to get 4 rides to hit my ride target and we're all good.

C'mon guys. Lets wrap this up, just like Bradders.

So after a 4.5 mile run in the heat at noon, and a 2000 yard swim after work, my stupid self came home and mounted the bike on the trainer for an easy 15 minute spin to flush the legs... And add another session. I figure it's about 4 miles, maybe. But I'm going for a 25 mile ride in the morning so that will finish up my miles. Whew!

Grrrr.... 15 minutes before I left work to go on my bike ride it starts storming. Lightening, wind and pouring rain. No riding outside today. So it was back on the trainer for 30 minutes. I did some accelerations, single leg pedaling and hill work. It ended up feeling like a good workout and I was pouring sweat.

Keep it up everyone! We are in the home stretch!

Finished up my mileage today with a 26 mile ride this morning to make up for the one that was rained out last night. Yay! Now just another easy spin to get in my last session and I'll be at 100%. Awesome job everyone, sprint to the finish now!

You rock!!! Now it's a coast on in to Paris!

I'm good ... had a few days of slight fever so reduced riding, but was able to put in my 1:45 long ride tonight au Tour de Piglets. Not au naturel, though, no need to get all excited Bill

GOOOOO Sky! Team Sky is going to take the Yellow in the Tour and BCF!

Does anyone else ever have that feeling when you finish a ride you are glad it's over, but kinda want to go ride some more? I wasn't looking forward to my ride this morning (it being 5:00am had a lot to do with that) but after I finished I was glad I went... and now I want to go ride some more!
