although they are not smack talking here, your should check out their thread. talking all kinds of trash!

please do not forget that EVERYTHING counts ladies. stretching, pushups, yard work! if you can log it here, there are lots of things under the sports category, we can count it!

Never fear.  We're definitely going to win this one.  Heck, I don't have a job, so I have nothing but time for exercising!  Is there a category for housework?  Maybe I'll spend several hours vacuuming!

So, what's everyone's plan for adding up the minutes this coming month?

I'm gonna try adding swimming to my other workout days.  PLus, I need to start getting my yard ready for spring planting.  And I definitely need to be doing yoga more days during the week.

alright ladies we approaching the last official non challenge day.  i have had a few set back this weeks with not getting workouts in but i know my mind set will be different as we face off (friendly style) with the VAMPS on Thursday and then for the next 28 days.  please be as accurate as possible with your times, it doesn't take 40 minutes to do 100 crunches but it doesn't take 5 either!

 

you all are already so dedicated to your workouts its awesome!  keep up the good work!

Ok, it's my last day to complain about not being motivated. Thank goodness we can count such a wide variety of activities--it's 4 degrees out right now. I think I'll stay inside today!

well since one of the VAMPS lives in Australia, and it is already February there, they have 40 minutes on the board! 

no worries as they say...

 

they have no idea what they are up against!

ok ladies i have a spreadsheet going of their time and our time for the month.  please make sure that you post your times and activities.  FYI at the (almost end) of day one with all the minutes posted we have 221 minutes YEAH US!!!!!!!!! that is such as awesome start! and actually 2 of you didn't post anything as of 10:46pm so we may have more!

 

ok stop celebrating because they have 517!

it evened out a little more today we had 200 and they had 265.  is the play by play getting on your nerves because i could stop.

 

everyone is doing awesome!  consistency is the key!  try for the only pink box mind set.  stretch for 10 minutes, every little bit helps (you and the challenge).  don't forget our MVP will be getting a $10 gift card from me for the place of their choice (win loose or draw on the overall challenge) enjoy your weekends and remember to workout early on sunday because of the game your husbands will be of no help with child care!

You don't have my minutes for yesterday yet.  So, you can add another 64 minutes to our 200.

I don't generally access the internet in the evening.  So most of my minutes are posted the next day.

Hey, y'all!

Excellent start to our challenge... I got in 2 workouts today even - swim lessons this morning and a run this afternoon.

Sorry I've been a bit quiet lately - in my spare time (like I have any ) I've been taking cooking classes - which are awesome, but really cut into my Internet time. (I didn't want them to cut into my training time, of course.)

2nd day of challenge I was under the weather, we were so close-rats! I am better today and logged a workout. I too usually don't log in until everyone is in bed or the next day, but I will try to be better about that. Let's kick butt!

oooh lets hear about the cooking classes!  i have recently started to cook but rachel ray is my mentor because 30 minutes is about all the time i have.  learn anything good?

 

everyone's minutes rock and the whole months is still ahead of us, i will stop with the daily feedback.  i do go back and check your logs for workouts i may have missed.  i am way too competitive so you know i'll be checking daily but i'll keep it to my neurotic self.

Maybe, we could get an end of the week update.  My total for this short week was 449 minutes.
