mchally - 2009-01-29 12:52 PM no one at my place runs around the condo wearing a speedo....
Why not? I think you need to remedy that situation. Oh, and the speedo clad houseboys are really NOT there for you to oogle. They're supposed to be spending their time cleaning your pool..... Just sayin'....

Or your house... if i got one they would HAVE to do house cleaning duties!

I made it to the gym this morning.  I did a bit of swimming.  I didn't push myself and only did about 1200 yards-for some people that's a lot, but I have grown up a swimmer and am perfectly capable of longer workouts...or more yardage...or more intense short workouts.

Right now I am focusing of just getting in the workouts.  I decided that I will wait until I have established a habit/routine I will focus on the details of the training plan.

I work well with routine too... I can understand that!!!

Actually if the swim is yuor strength taking that easy so you have the time and energy for the other workouts (especially in the beginning) is really smart!

Hi Nibbs!

I just finished my final 8th grade science project

Um. Beth is in the 8th grade???? Does her boss know? Although, she said it's her final one. So maybe she'll pass this year. So Beth... going to high school next year, then?

let's hope so!

Do they do science projects in high school?

I did a project for biology...it involved the acquisition of a rat...I tested it's learning abilities/behavior adaptation potential.  It turns out that he found root beer floats very motivational, but I didn't learn that until after the project was completed.

Spokes - 2009-01-29 12:23 AM I actually was in Jo Anne's this weekend... picking up some velcro and ceramic magnets.
Do they have rhinestones? Although it would be a long commute for Cat to get there. LOL

There is always the glue on variety...you can get genuine swarvorski crystals with adhesive on the back.

LOL...I'm sure my rats would love root beer floats.  Too bad they are stuck with rat chow.
