Nice workouts Stacie! I'm going to try for some two-a-days later this week. Where's the lucky guy taking you to lunch?

Hi all. I decided to forego the funeral today and spend some time with my hubby this morning. The kids were both out of the house for the day, and he even took me out to eat...yummy, Gyros. Then instead of heading to the store after lunch, I headed home and went for a run. Sunny, blue skies, and 50 degrees with a light breeze. Who could resisit such a perfect day???

I got 105s on my bike and I'm very happy with it so far. From what I hear Rival is pretty similar in weight/reliability terms and I was considering that as well. Not sure how it is out there, but I know if you buy it as a component set then Rival is a little less expensive. I'd say test them both out and see which is more comfortable for you since they operate differently with SRAM's Double Tap tech.

Well, I for one am impressed by the results.  Especially since you've only been back training hard for a few months.  Nice job!

I'm looking at a run after work and a lovely trainer ride tonight.

It should be near 60 here today. I got my run in this morning so I could get out on my bike when I get home from work.

Tuesdays are tough because I need to run and bike, and my husband and I play volleyball, too.

They are calling for low to mid 60's and sunny the rest of the week here!!!
