Ok, I know you have been waiting to hear what I did with the kale for dinner. Sauteed some garlic and garbanzo beans in olive oil, added the kale and a bit of white wine. Cooked until kale was tender and tossed with whole wheat linguine. Topped with fresh grated parmesan. Yum.
