This seems like I need a plan? Went back to core exercises first and eliplical, need to get treadmill running, out door running, spin, outside biking, and open water swimming, weights, volleyball.....and deep dish pizza is the wild card. Core is good, and Chris is right about pizza.. that needs to get added immediately and has little chance of injury. Start adding some weights as tolerated with the core work. On days you don't run/elliptical, spin or swim. Volleyball doesn't count until it is outdoor bikini weather. Pizza, I feel is the most dangerous activity. And is most likely what got me into this mess. Pizza or pizza? B Well, that kinda changes things... but, you definitely should add that back in immediately. I suggest experimenting with as many different ways as you can think of, you know, to see if you can determine just how it was you got into this mess to start with. |
