Morning TAN.

So I can't stop reading the Princess Bride.  Seriously if you like that movie and you AT ALL enjoy reading, you MUST read the abridged version of the book.  The original is a monster and I guess full of totally "useless" stuff but the version I'm reading is just sooooooo funny.

LOVE the Princess Bride!  I'll have to check out the book!

hahahaha

OK I can wait 'til December. What's the November challenge then?

I can honestly say that the running challenge kept me motivated and on my feet all month. Next time I'll up my mileage so I HAVE to run pretty much everyday.

The Nov challenge is 'Your Choice', which I was just going to mention to you :-)

I think it will be a fun challenge

Dee, who has been popping into TAN lately organized it

WWTAND?

i occasionally get motion sickness, and one potential trigger is strong smells. i commute via bus. What is the appropriate course of action when a man who smells as if he dumped a bottle of Listerine over his head sits down next to me on a crowded bus? Can i just say, "Excuse me?" and move to another part of the bus? Do i just throw up on his lap? i mean, i don't really want to offend anyone, but...

Please, do us all a favor and conspicuously move away from him. Make it obvious that he smells like a French and you don't want to be near him. That way the rest of us don't have to suffer in the future.

I think either is acceptable.

You could just sit there, hold your nose with one hand, make a face and wave the other hand in the air at him.

Keep in mind that i'm sitting in the window seat, and i'm trapped. Any moving away i'm going to do will, by its nature, be conspicuous.
