Well with the PF I think I'll just be walking the race. My last one I did in 3 hours 15 minutes and I was really hoping to beat that. So we shall see how my foot is doing come Sunday and then decide if I try to run/walk it vs walking. Want to beat my time. The other ladies are all walkers and they are usually about 20 minutes behind me.
