when I think about it...I don't need anyone to volunteer my services-I am always offering to help people with stuff.  Not that I would ever have time for extra projects.

I think that it is time for me to head home.  I am getting tired and I have a full day tomorrow.

I need to start making my to do lists again.  I keep thinking of things that need to be done really soon.

I couldn't find today's seminar schedule last night and so I decided to go to bed and look it up on my computer this morning...

the one that I really would like to go to starts in 30 minutes.  I could have dropped everything and gotten there for it, but the likelyhood of there still being tickets available is nil.

Ok,

I am eating bfast right now.  I think that I will follow it up with getting my stuff together for the day, some stretching, a short run, shower....and then head out the door.

I was planning on going to church this morning, but I won't be able to get tickets for seminars this afternoon unless I am at the convention center just after 11.

If I had planned things better last night....

argh.

Yes it was thanks for asking.  Now I have to go train.  I really need a partner to ride with.

Me too!  That's why most of my bike training is on the trainer.  Won't ride on the roads around here alone.  The cars are not really bike friendly and neither are the roads.  Not much of a shoulder.

Id ride with you Kendra! I have the same problem... I dont feel safe on most of the roads... I am very lucky to have a few good cycle paths/areas to ride but they do get monotonous after awhile! Especially riding short loops!

It was painful.  My phone has been shutting itself off.  My husband's was doing this and they updated the software and it stopped.  I asked them to do it.  They installed software and when I came back, they told me the phone crashed and they couldn't get it to work again.  So, I had to get a new phone and wait for them to transfer everything over to a "new" phone.  The new phone is the same as the old one, but mine was in better condition.  This one has a big scratch on the screen.

We did spend awhile playing with the BB Storm.  I think we're going to get those.  I really want an iPhone, but it would cost an extra $400 to get the two iPhones plus about $50 more per month.  I'm not sure it's worth it.

triguynewbie - 2009-02-22 7:14 PM What carrier do you have now?

Verizon.  Most of my family has Verizon, so it makes it harder to switch with the free in network calling.

That's part of the problem.  We pay $80 for both of us now.  To both get iPhones it would DOUBLE.  That's just way too much.  We'd have to spend about $100 to both get BBs.

$100 a month???

I got my handset for $100 Then I just prepay about $50 a month...

When the Iphones came out here you had to go on a monthly plan to get them so I just didnt want to get one... plus my current phone is still working after 2 years...

A lot of my colleagues have iphones/BBs but I loathe to get one as Im connected enough to the office as it is

Then again Im not a HUGE technology person either!

Well, it's $100/month for two.  So only $50/person.  Not too bad.

Here you still have to get the monthly plan to get a iPhone.  Annoying.  And I don't really want to get ATT.  Service in our area is not so good.

I watched it!

I wish they had a cycling channel on TV. They have a GOLF channel, so why not a CYCLING one? Cycling is WAY more interesting to watch than golf.
