Would get me away from my desk... we could have milkshakes and a chocolate croissant and chips... not that thats what Im having but if I was meeting you then I could have something FUN! What time should I be there? It sounds like an awesome lunch. Jen! Hows your tummy? Its now 2:45... so far Ive had a diet coke and some crackers... clearly I need company to eat like that! Doing a lot better. I'm able to eat almost normal. I had some pizza last night. Got some heartburn, but didn't really get that sick. I get the heartburn thing with my stuff too... and I havent quite worked out what sets it off... but once it starts it can be a whole day kidn of thing.. so dont like it much... dont remember getting it before! Sounds like its all gone really well for you if you can have some pizza and ice cream etc! So far, it seems to be spicy food for me. I've been taking some probiotics when I get heartburn and that really helps. |

Priobiotics have been really helpful. Not just for the post-gallbladder problems, but also for my IBS. There are lots of different ones out there (can be really confusing), but I went with a chewable Acidophilus blend. It's one of the cheapest ones out there, but it seems to be working for me. |
