Actually started out great but the left knee started grumping at mile 5. What's with that????? It's the right knee that gives me grief. So I moved the pat strap over to mister grumpy and kept going. By mile 7 I was losing form and starting to worry it would blow up. So, I walked the last mile. What say you Ghoulies? Do I log this as 7 miles or 8??? 8.5 for pain overcoming LOL. I can hear my orthopod lecturing me about not doing my strengthening exercise. Guess I need to get those back into the routine. Ice, advil and strengthening this week. |

Way to dig deep and push to keep going. And look, you got rewarded with lucky 7s!! There's some good runs in your future. I can a feeeeeeel it!!! i dont care if my four remaining runs are UGLY as all get out (well. i do but....) just as long as the November 1st run is a good one. NEAL, can you hook a girl up? an UBER GOOD run on NOVEMBER 1ST, pwease, oh pweeeeeease. stacieb you sound just like I did before mine! you will soooooooo do fine, Stacie! dont you worry your pretty little face! |

I don't particularly care for sauvignon blancs, but do like some french white burgundies (sacrilige in California though) cause they aren't so oaky. I also really like viogner's in the summer. Nice patio sipping wine. |

Have a good evening everyone!! we are a team of foodies are we not!?? love hearing what we are eating...so what kind of tostados? chicken? beef? carnitas? and what do you top yours with? Well the first layer is a black bean chirizo (sp?) mixture that is topped with chicken, tomatillo salsa and a little mexican cheese mmmmmmmmmm~ but, no lettuce/tomatoes/avocado? Tossed salad on the side and I do mine on top of the tostado...it all ends up mixed up anyways! good for you for having your veggies, too! didnt want to have to send you back to the table! haha do you do most of the cooking or the hubby? or is it a joint effort? Well currently it is a joint effort, but when I am on clinical duty he does it all sounds like a keeper to me!!! |

He likes his new rain gear (what type is it Neal for others who play in the rain?). He was going to do intervals while waiting for his furniture to return to buy a new bike and that is all to page 46. Jules - Put a sheet together and it keeps getting adjusted because we (you guys) are a running foolish team Stacie - Holy Cow can she talk. No stress but still likes chewy candy. Has a 1/2 mary coming up with PA, OH, and YMCA Peeps - she is very popular. Kids are the only ones that got sick (so far and hopefully it stays that way!) Bill - MIA Ann - Feeling a little better. Defended her making me swim in a freezing lake but was a great towel girl - Ann you didn't sneak any peaks did you? LOL Dee - Fairly quiet or my brain is fried and I cannot remember. Tom - Had a PR - Great job. Got a sick note from Debbie. Passed 300 posts also Debbie - kept the fire going while her hubby is at a conference with 100 other IT people (snore fest right ) Kim (C) - drinking wine while keeping up - so who knows what might be said shortly! Amy - Going to bed with hubby and never found out if BT was invited or not. So we do or**es now also Jules ? Mindy - Passed a test about something I know nothing about (there is a lot of that though ) Kendra - Stopped by and is recovering from work and being sick. Welcome back Kendra. Willie - we think we scared him away! Kim (K) - Teaches at the Y also and does not like training in the raining (had to make it rhyme ) - Posted 1 whole page to herself this morning also. I know I missed a lot and I am sorry but please fire me because I know others that can do a better job of it Wow Bill, I'm impressed! Day #1 on the job as the resident summerizer and you're already on the ball. Great job, and good luck with the aquajogging. I think I just drowned a little bit thinking about doing that. |
