Ok, Gouhlies, I have to go clean the house before I get the kids from school and the sitter shows up. Oh, yeah, and I have to figure something out for dinner, too. I have an hour, do you think it can it be done?

I have a similar problem. I have already lost a few piunds in the last few weeks, and my body fat is down a few points as well. I am SOOOO in for the weight loss challenge next month.

I would skip on the clean the house bit. 

Wish I could out here. Yay clutter control!

Well, it is harder with kids.  I only have 2 cats, although one of them can "projectile" shred.

I wish i could. the kids haven't cleaned their bathroom for at least a week and a half. It CAN'T wait any longer...same for my kitchen floor. Some day I'll have them trained to do what they are asked to do. Then they'll move out.

Went to the Dr today and got paint on the way home. I can paint the rooms fomerly known as kid-rooms this weekend. Let the snow come on!

Mine aren't scratchers, but one of them can generate enough hair to stuff a pillow....daily.  I finally found this thing called the *furminator* that is pretty good at keeping the mess to a minimum.  I have lint rollers everywhere.  Home, office, car, suitase.

LOVE the furminator. I gave up on the rollers. I just buy clothes in the shade of "dog".

Ok, since the guys were such good sports today I did a real quick photo shoot when I got home. It's not my best but here you go.

But right now they are discussing neuronal network models and drawing "nodes" on the board....fun...

Don't really know whats on tap for today for training...supposed to be a swim...but there is no swim practice...so maybe I'll do a short swim/bike/run brick? max 30min on each? I dunno...we will see...

2 more hours of class..."class" meaning more small group stuff doing something similar to "self reflection"...haha...aka community health...
