Holy CRAP what a difference they make! Apparently my prescription has changed a whole lot in the last 4 years. I am amazed at how things look. Oh, and apparently I look pretty good in them You never realize how much it changes until you get a new pair. Same thing happened to me my last pair. I didn't realize how poor my vision really was. Things actually have edges, and corners! I can read street signs from way back again! I don't even have a big prescription (0.75 in both eyes), but it makes such a huge difference, and hopefully my eyes become/stay less tired than they used to. On a related note, I have FAR too many pairs of Oakley glasses. |

But I have to tell you that it would be BEAUTIFUL. I'm curious about the run course--did my first half marathon just outside of Galway and it is still to this day my favorite race ever. In other news.... I think that this is the day that we buy a house. Yikes. |

I totally get the edges and corners thing. I am also nearing bifocals. |

Since my benefits end next week, I figured I would get 'em while the gettin' was good. Can't complain... $50 out of pocket for a pair of trendy Oakley glasses... It's been about 4 years since I bought my last pair. It was about time. I should have taken advantage earlier! |

I did evade a cop car pursuing me once. It was not smart. Then again, neither was I, at the time. It's dubious how much improvement there's been since. |
